We are a small artisan winery, we specialize in high quality red white and rose wines. Our vision “simple winery, complex wines” applies not only to our grape growing and winemaking, but to our business strategy as well. As wine producers, who make wine for the sheer enjoyment of it, our goal is developing satisfied, long-term customers.
Grapes are laid on a conveyor belt where the best bunches are chosen and the rest discarded.
This process is carried out using a grinder de-stalking machine with stainless steal rollers. Only half the grapes are squeezed.
The winery has a vertical hydraulic press with pressure-controlled baskets for pressing.
It takes place in stainless steal tanks supplied with plaques where hot and cold water flow. We follow a traditional vinification method.
French oak barrels (225 litres) have been chosen for the aging of wine, achieving a very good microoxygenation. Thanks to it, our wines have great aromatic complexity and excelent mouths.
